I don't know any architect or plans in mind. What shall I do?
We are specialised in designed base home building, so we encourage our clients to be involved in the design of your new home. We can work in partnership with you and organise an initial meeting with our architect to establish your new home requirements. Using the information discussed, the architect will commence drawing and provide the concept plan for your new home.
How Long does the planning & Building process take?
Every project has different requirements, which means construction period will be unique. We use scheduling and project management software to maximise the efficiency and minimise the risk of the building process and keep you updated on timings throughout the process.
Who do I communicate with during the construction of my home?
You will communicate directly with Mas and your Project Manager for all on site construction requirements. You will also meet with certain trades and suppliers before construction commences to determine selections and design layouts such as preliminary plans for your landscape, kitchen and electrical.
My home has begun, but I want to make some changes?
We organise for a regular site meetings to ensure that your home is being built exactly the way you have imagined. At any stage, you are welcome to make changes if time permits and the changes don’t affect the structural integrity of your home. We understand the need for flexibility during the construction phase to ensure the home of your dreams is being built.
Can I have access to the site during construction?
You are welcome to come on site if you are accompanied by a representative from Prestige Custom Builders. We adhere to a strict safety policy with all our tradespeople, suppliers and visitors to site. It is imperative to maintain this policy throughout the course of construction.
